Post Syf. Greetings to all. I know that this post came abit late. Because the seniors are busy . Everyone's busy . We didnt have a post on syf . -.- (Warning : Lengthy post.)  Anyways, Good job for 8April's performance . Our hardwork had been paid off & we clinch an award, SILVERRRRRRR. Despite having strong schools having their syf on the day . I believe the seniors are very proud of the band. Am I right to say so ? The alumni stayed by our sides to give us moral support & worry for us untill they couldnot sleep & stuff. Chants & pray for the band. I know that there are many members were wondering why it was a silver & not a gold. & Many audience thought that we could get a gold as well. Perhaps, we are still not up to that gold standard yet . Many reasons, I believe . Personally , I think that the band is capable of producing better tone & sound . If we start working harder earlier & LESSER COMPLAINS. But nevermind, Its overrrrrrr already. It's the next syf that's gonna matter. :D Dont be discouraged okay? Now that we are a Silver Band, We have to be better & stronger the nexttime (SYF'2011). (Hopefully we can get back what we used to have :}) So, Juniors , BETTER WORK HARD AR. Or I will comeback & nag at you people. People, can you remember the days before the big day ? Practice practice & practice . Night practice, daily practice , Blahblahblah . Boring Sectionals . Tiring FullBand.... When Lena goes around , Screaming & shouting like one siao zabor "Pin up your hair! no feelings , EVERYTHING UP~! " " You better go & cut your hair or I will cut it off!" Many problems came arose , Disagreements , & unwillingness to go for band. Stubborn , attitude problems . & COMPLAINS. *I hate people who complains about their bandmates. That's not good , We should help eachother . WE ARE A BAND . (^▽^) But , those longhours of practicing all worth it . Agree ? :D When we were on stage , Esp. during goddess part J onwards I can see the band moving , & it's damm nice okay that scene . :B I am very proud to say that theband did extremely well ! It shows how musical we are. FEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLINGS~ I am really very touched . Because, during rehearsals & stuff I've never seen the wholeband move like that before. Goodjob (!) When we ended our performance . & when the seniors came & tell me how well chongboon performed, I was very touched , & Of course I teared. Its really nice to hear that we did very well from seniors. :D I can say that we sounded so much different from the AMKSS Exchange. Let's start from GoddessofVictory . The V shape for part B-C is very nice , Not very contrast but the band cres. & decres. together ! GoodJob for Percussion at Part F. The seh is there~ Esp pat I . The whole band stared at Mr Chiang . Part J onwards the expression is very nice. Aiya , the band played the song very nice laaaas! & Because we all got our eyes on Mrchiang Overture : Greatjob Clarinets ! (Esp. Sandy) They didnt squeak & stuff , & they managed to blend in :D Everyone did a goodjob. Dymanics & articulations were there Though there are some mistakes here & there. & Its very sweet of you juniors crying because its the sec4's last show . & You didnt want us to leave. Because, I thought that we make you people hated us so much . :B *hugs.* Dont worry , SEC4s love you toooooooo! Now that SYF '2009 is over . Study hard, & still continue to love the band . Its the start of the new marathon ,syf2011 Work towards your goal, I believe the band can be better than a silver. To members of cbwinds,Dont kill me please , Kel. Also , I would wanna thank MR CHIANG . For hiring tutors for the band & putting so much time, efforts & money into CBSB. Although the band sometimes disobey & slacks alot . & make you really angry. We are very cute one okay. Thanks to all tutors&guestconductors. For teaching the band so much things . We really learned alot from you . & thanks for helping Mr Chiang! Thanks to all teachers, Ms Tan , Mrs Ng , & Mr Soma . For staying till so late almost everyday for us . :{ Hope we didnt disappoint you !
